This whole tidbit is suppose to show people that Johan Hex is an alienand that everyone is an alien where Molestar got captured to. The origin is trying to tell the hard ships aliens might face and that they are very similar to us. Aliens are believed to be real, and some believe them to be fake, maybe just like us.
