What's happening on my Youtube channel

Recently on my youtube channel I got a Bad standing which 'Blocks Videos' from my Peter Reacts videos. This will end Expires Jan 22, 2015 but before then i will be uploading a part 1 and part 2 video (15 or less minutes) and I will upload both on the same day (if possible). Also Custom Thumbnails don't work. And sorry for deleting Peter Reacts to Spiderman episode 6 and 7 I thought I would only delete the 'Bad Standing' if I were to delete the video.
